30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

It should be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Initiating a Return

Non-Returnable Items
Items not meeting the following criteria cannot be returned:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 180 days after delivery are not eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Please note that any items rejected for delivery are not eligible for full refunds. The additional shipping cost incurred by the couriers will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please inform us via email within 7 days. Provide us with pictures of the damage, the shipping label, and both the internal and external packaging to initiate the refund process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.
Contact your bank, as they may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges
Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges due to the high shipping costs associated with items of this size.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the item’s value. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
